Living In Harmony is an on-farm program dedicated to the promotion of Self-Reliant, Harmonious Living; harmony with self, with others, and with the Mother Nature. We provide educational and recreational programs on our 25 Acre Sustainable Agriculture demonstration site and Organic Farm. Godson Organic Farm, located just 20 Km from the business town of Bareilly in the State of Uttar Pradesh in North India.

Here in the beautiful and peaceful environment of Godson Organic Farm snuggled in village Tigra adjacent to river Behgul, we provide people of all ages and interest levels, the opportunity for Mental Peace, recharge, service, sustainable agriculture education, and hands-on experiences of life on a small Organic Farm through classes, guided tours, farm-stays, apprenticeships, and volunteer opportunities.

A farmer oriented educational organization dedicated to the promotion of Self-Reliant, Harmonious Living.


Living In Harmony is an on-farm project dedicated to the promotion of Self-Reliant, Harmonious Living. It is our goal to make an ongoing contribution to the upliftment of mankind and to the stewardship of our planet.


At Godson Organic Farm, in the soul soothing climate of Bareilly situated in North India, we offer people of all ages and cultures the perfect forum to experience harmony with self, with others, and with the needs of our planet through tours, demonstrations, classes, retreats and farm-stays, and experiential learning opportunities in personal growth and Earth stewardship skills.


A very diversely planted Herbal Garden and many fruit trees including two Mango orchards hosting beautiful birds, bees and butterflies are the backdrop for an incredible eco-educational experience and an insight into the concepts

of Nature Farming. Here, in the peaceful environment of Village Tigra, sustainable agriculture, resource conservation, and personal growth are combined in a unique way to promote Self-Reliant, Harmonious Living.


Educational programs include farm tours and demonstrations; meditation retreats and farm-stays; short and long term experiential learning opportunities; classes and apprenticeships in sustainable soil fertility, farming, food preparation; youth and nature programs, hands-on activity tours, and Fun on the Farm! programs for youth; personal growth workshops and a small reference library on Self-Reliant, Harmonious Living.


Living In Harmony is wholly farmer operated. Your volunteer time and / or participation in any of the programs is invited and will help to support the goals and the work of this organization as we try to make the world a better place.



Historical & Functional Data


Godson Organic Farm, founded in November 2010, is operated solely on the principles of the legendary Agri-scientist Masanobu Fukuoka and Ancient Indian Rishikul Kheti.

Living in Harmony is totally farmer-operated and supported.

Godson Organic Farm provides unique agricultural and environmental experiential learning opportunities not available in the classroom or in any other place, for people of all ages and interest levels.


Our educational services are characterized by a high level of respect for the individual, low student to teacher ratios, personalized instructions, and the caring that goes into being attentive to and relating to the needs of the individual as well as the group.

We are one of the few demonstration sites of the Nature Farming models in India.

A Food Forest for sustainable agriculture

Godson Organic Farm has enjoyed a well-deserved national reputation for having 100% Pure Organic Products and beautiful on-site facilities. The Godson Organic Farm was developed in 2010 with a primary focus on Natural Farming and a plan for biodynamic diversity.


Godson Organic Farm is promoted by a group of Nature Lovers with the objective of promotion, demonstration, and research of broad-based Sustainable Agriculture and Self-Reliant, Harmonious Living.


Custom tours, youth and nature programs, hands-on activity tours, retreats, and educational farm-stays for all ages are now taking place at Godson Organic Farm.


We are here to be of service to our guests.

Whether they are farmers from any part of the world looking at our farming methods, children experiencing agriculture in an outdoor classroom, or inner-city senior citizens experiencing the forgotten simplicity and cleanliness of farm life and fresh air; whether they are burned-out, stress-filled professionals rediscovering the need to heal themselves and our planet from toxicity and the erosion of stewardship values, or those in mid-life crisis looking for a supportive environment to develop personal self-reliant skills; whether they are those who have been chemically exposed and are looking for a source for clean food and eventual growing skills, or students or teachers of agronomy ~ they and this work are important to us.


We strive to make an ongoing contribution to the upliftment of our planet and the quality of life of it's inhabitants.

Youth Tours


Now for the price of a movie and popcorn, the youths in your care can have fun and have an incredible hands-on learning experience of life on a small Organic Farm by visiting Godson Organic Farm for an educational Hands-On Activity Farm Tour!


Hands-On Activity Tours

A three hour experiential learning tour for youth groups of 5 to 25, ages 6 and up, is scheduled round the year. Call us for reservation information.


At Godson Organic Farm, there are farm dogs who love attention, beautiful birds singing soul rejuvenating melodies as well as a Herbal Garden and an orchard to explore and learn in!


Experience what it is like to live on a small Organic Farm! Come with us as we take a short walk through the farm to visit the sweet butterflies and bees, stopping along the way to appreciate Mother Nature.


Here you will learn some little-known facts about the farming techniques and you will learn the secrets of how to be a successful farmer.


That's just the beginning of our Fun On The Farm! Hands-On Activity Farm Tour. Each week there are different additional hands-on activities depending on the dynamics of the farm. Your group may help plant or harvest our naturally grown crops, or perhaps give the garden a clean bed, or maybe even pick some flowers or fruit, help with a farm service project, or perhaps take a photo session! At Godson Organic Farm there are lots of fun and interesting things to see and do!


The cost for this comprehensive experiential learning opportunity along with Vegetarian Lunch and Herbal Tea is Rs.200 per child, supervising adults are free on a 1:20 ratio. Advanced reservations and liability waivers are required.





Senior Tours


Birds For Grandpeople (A farm-visit program for seniors)

Go on a walking tour of our farm and herbal garden it's a chance to enjoy fresh air and fond memories of when family gardening was a way of life.

there are dogs that know their names and love to be petted,bees, butterflies, and birds that understand your body language and talk to you,it is up to you to understand them ….

Enjoy the goodness of Herbal Concoctions, and dine on the patio overlooking the herbal garden and orchard to the accompaniment of birds, and blue sky.

Senior's Walk-About Farm Tour, (no food) groups of 5 - 20, Rs. 150 per person

Patio Luncheon Tour, (homemade gourmet lunch provided) groups of 5-20, Rs. 400 per person



The Logistics


Birds For Grandpeople (A farm-visit program for seniors)

Walking - in most cases the walks and the tours can be customized to meet the needs of your group.

Deluxe Luncheons - the Chef's Choice includes a salad, entree, dessert, and beverage. While individual dietary preferences cannot be met, we can accommodate an overall request in most cases.

Waivers - Each individual in your group (including drivers and caretakers) will need to provide a signed liability waiver which we will supply to you in advance so you can make as many copies as you may need.

Prohibitions - No Smoking or Alcoholic Beverages are permitted. No arms or ammunition is allowed in the farm. Use of Polythene is strictly prohibited.

Reservations - We will tentatively reserve a tour date for your group over the phone, then we will send a letter of confirmation to you stating the details of your tour arrangements. We schedule farm-visits on weekdays through the year. Tours canceled due to inclement weather are rescheduled.

Deposits - A deposit (100%) is required in order to secure your date. When your deposit has been received we will forward a map and a liability waiver to you. No refunds will be made for cancellations.


Buses - Some very large school buses have not been able to make the turn onto narrow entry (approx.. 100 m) to Godson Organic Farm. Medium tour buses holding 40 to 50 have generally been able to drive in with an experienced driver. Smaller tour buses holding 15 to 25 have not had a problem.

Timing - we recommend that you allow two hours for the basic tour and an extra hour if you plan to have lunch on the garden patio.
